Crouch End Media provides website design and development, web application development, green web hosting services, AI-assisted project planning tools, and ongoing website maintenance and support. Specific project terms, deliverables, and pricing are agreed separately in individual project proposals and contracts.

Project Planner tool. Our AI-powered Project Planner is provided as a free tool to help you explore your project ideas. Generated plans are starting points for conversation, not formal quotes or commitments. Recommendations are produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by our team before implementation. Timelines, features, and technical recommendations are estimates only. The tool is limited to 3 uses per 24-hour period per user to ensure fair access. The tool must not be used to generate spam, offensive content, or for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Crouch End Media or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in individual project contracts. Generally, clients receive full ownership of custom work upon final payment.

Website use. You agree not to use our website in any way that causes damage or impairs availability, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data, transmit malware or malicious code, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Hosting services. For clients using our green web hosting services, we aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content. We reserve the right to suspend hosting for sites that violate our acceptable use policy. Hosting fees are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crouch End Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
